I was just trying to give the kid some options. Not everybody drives GSA vehicles "LIKE THEY STOLE THEM', "AT LEAST I KNOW I DO"!What kind of Bull is that? I'm glad I don't work with you. Why would you admit to abusing your work truck? Because you didn't have to pay for it? I guess I'm old school, where we take care of our tools. Also when I rent cars, and I do often, I don't abuse them either. I don't know why it really gets my goat that you seem to like destroying other people's property. Why don't you purchase your very own dream vehicle, and trash it for kicks. I'd pay per view to see that. I'd even TIVO it so I could watch it over and over, and show my kids how not to grow up to be like you. Your attitude sucks man, and you can't borrow my ride ever.

I can't believe you're trashing your daily drivers because they're not yours. I'ts too bad this isn't an tugboat, or ocean going merchant marine vessel. You'd be lobster food right away. Good Luck, and hopefully grow up. I will now avoid all obvious GSA vehicles in motion, as it could be you.
I've been to several auctions kid, and yes you do your research, and hopefully you won't get the one that was DRIVEN LIKE IT WAS STOLEN!

My 5.9L is not fast but it isn't as bad as you make your truck sound. My friend has a Dakota R/T 5.9L and it is pretty quick. I wouldn't say my truck is slow for a truck but I wouldn't call it fast either. It has plenty of power for towing or whatever else but it definately isn't a speed demon.

Hey, I'm sorry if I offended anyone. This kid in Virginia just wanted to afford a larger truck, at a youger age. The GSA program is a crap shoot, but there are some great trucks with lots of like yet. The guy who claims to drive GSA vehicles, on daily basis "LIKE HE STOLE THEM", just struck me as a punk, and offered no advice to the question. I guess my Midwest upbring, and being happy to have vehicle since 15 has....... I wrecked a lot of cars, doing dumb stuff, and that's the first time I've been called Gramps. HA HA My day has been made.

That was my point. We all buy these trucks to do jobs for the various Government agencys. When they are through, the are obligated to retun them to the public first. So if we bought them for the GOV, and they are offering them back, Why must they be "trashed"? by a yahoo, who doesn't, or wouldnt treat his own Rig that way. I was just trying understand. Maybe I'll start signing on as Gramps! I just turned 50, but all my teeth are still there, as is my hair. Chill out Gramps, it's just Goverment stuff anyway. This is where differ, but no hard feelings.
