I am afraid I don’t completely understand what you are asking?

You want to make an exhaust system for you 1500, in metal shop?

All you need is Piping + Welder
And maybe a Pipe bender, unless you want to (Cut+weld+cut+weld)

Does this metal shop have piping?

Or you don’t know what you’re talking about, and want to make an exhaust out of sheet metal.

It’s best if you be informative when making a post, so it’s easier to answer your questions

Good Luck.

P.S - Most Muffler shops can run a full exhaust, or you can get a Cat-Back system

Hahahaha. You gotta start talking, and typing, like normal on here so we can understand you or your gonna be constantly getting hell! Remember to properly punctuate

As for making the exhaust in shop, if you have pipe its no prob;em. Use 2.25" pipes if your gonna run duals, or a single 3" pipe. Keep the cat in there and run mufflers, going straight pipe sounds like crap and kills performance. You'll need a pipe bender, so unless the school has one pay somebody else to do it.

In order to maximize the performance of your exhaust, you need mandrel bends in all the pipes, that is, a bend that retains it's full inside diameter throughout the bend. Most normal pipe benders actually compresses the I.D. of the pipe which will only add to the backpressure and not help you too much in the performance department.

"hit me up" is like saying "give me a buzz" or simply "to communicate"
