Freeway , rides like sh!t.
I set my pressures by chalking the tred on a nice day then going for a drive around the block. By the time I get back, the contact patch has rubbed away the chalk and the area that still has chalk isn't contacting the ground. I lower the tire pressure, and repeat the process until I have full contact. My RAM on 32 x 11 BFG A/Ts is set at 30 PSI in the rear and 32 in the front. My Jeep TJ on 35 x 12.5 is 20 PSI front and rear on the street. I also have Rancho 9000 shocks on both and run the rear shocks at a lower click than the fronts. The ride isn't that bad.
That's a neat trick on how to get your tire pressures adjusted correctly. Too much pressure and only the center of the tread will get the chalk removed, while not enough pressure will remove chalk from the outer edges of the tread.
mine rode like crap on the freeway a few weeks ago. it jsut started after i put the snows on. bouncing up aand down pretty hard. ended up replacing 2 ball joints and getting an alignment. smooth ride now
No offense but maybe you shouldn't have bought a truck.........
No but seriously I seem to kinda have the same problem in my front end but it does it worse when I go around turns or like you said gapped concrete but I" getting ready to get a lift and New tires. So I will let you know what happens.....
