Summit Headers
While we are on the topic of summit products, has anybody tryed their headers? http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1∂=SUM%2DG9045&N=7 00+%2D59186+%2D59492+%2D42552+115&autoview=sku they're real good priced but i'm worried about the lack of a coating on them. Especially heat soak with a tophat filter and cracking with the 16ga material.
See the following thread. https://dodgeforum.com/m_611847/tm.htm
After Summit inspected the headers they felt the header wrap was the cause of the problem. I'm not 100% sure but they treated me right for the situation so I will continue to purchase product from them. I just will not buy the Summit Brand headers. Save your money and buy as good as you can afford. I've never been disappointed when I bought the best, only when I bought the cheapest.

i just got a set of these for my 94. going on when my mopar performance 360 short block shows up in 3 weeks. there made by flow tech which i have installed on several other car without problems in the past
If you do a search on here you wil see that I had two sets of **** Pacesetters/Summit headers. Long story short, the stock manifolds are on the truck, my knuckles have healed and Summit will not refund if the issue is not resolved in a time frame. Would have given me a discount on a different brand. I had enough headache, laying across the battery, and knucle scraping. Screw it.
