Default Heater not working

I have a 99 ram 1500 with the 360 and the heater quit blowing hot air. The thermostat is working normal, radiator is normal, felt both hoses going in and coming out of the heater core and they are both hot and not leaking inside.Everything seems to be working like it should but will not blow hot air. Can someone PLEASE help with this as it is driving me nuts. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the damper isn't opening.

Any way i can check that? I assume the damper is in all the heater box stuff under the dash by the heater core?

Check out the FAQ at the top of this forum. There is the infamous "Merry Christmas Thread" with a link to the Field Service Manual (FSM). Download that puppy and study up on the HAVAC controls.
