does anyone know where i can find a drop trac bar bracket for 3-4 inches of lift?

try rockymountainoffroad.com they should have something. Or fabtech or rancho themselves sell them. If you want to deal locally, go to one of your 4x4 shops. They'll be able to locate one quite quickly as well.
