1998 1500 club cab rear doors

I have a 1998 ram 1500 clubcab that the lower latch on the rear doors will not release. Anyone know how to get these doors open so the latch can be replaced?

You'll probably need to pull the interior door skin off to access the mechanism. My half doors always stick too, I find the guys in the back usually have to wrestle with them a bit to get them open.
