Here a pic of the front and yes those are 510's in the factory fog location and 520's on the bull bar.

Now, on those lower bumper inserts, did you cut them so the lights wouldn't be blocked, or is that the way they came. I've only seen ones that cover all of it. Also, does installing the bumper insert require cutting out the stock gray piece?
I notice your truck is only partially in the garage...too tall to fit in too? lol. I wish I could get mine in to work on it when it's like 15 degrees outside, that heated garage shure would be nice...

Yes I had to cut them to fit. No big deal it was really easy to do. As far as the grey piece I had to remove it all togrther to install the insert. And yes my truck is only half in the garage. Have to do it that way when I am working on it. It actually fits in there and is every night. We have had this house for about three years now and my baby has never spent the night outside. Noew to get it in I have to back up and snug it next to the wall, and that leaves about 2" to spare at the front. A 20' x 20' garage with a full-size extended cab Dodge, Honda accord, work bench, and 4' x 4' tool chest doesn't leave much room for anything![:@] But at least I have somewhere to park it out of the elements.

Oh well, at least yours fits... we have 3 cars and a two car garage, but the garage is too low to let the ram fit...if I let some air out of the tires, it might fit, lol. Does the grey piece just come out, or does it have to be cut out?
Thanks for all your help by the way!

I think it is held in by screws or maybe clips. No problem-any time.

Another question...are the 510's mounted w/ the piaa brackets, or custom made ones?

I got the piaa ones. But they would be very easy to make. They are just a piece of metal (about 5"x 4") bent at 90 degrees with the proper wholes. I wish I would have know that I would have just made my own. If you study it for a minute you can easily come up with a way to make them.

Yea, I can make my own brackets no problem, I was just wondering because on the piaa site, it says it mounts them in the "outboard position" and it didn't have a pic, so I had no clue what it meant.
