I bought one about a month ago. They might not still be in production but are still available. Mine was new or at least un-used.

Mopar performance computersorMP PCMs were made for 94-00 model years. Some years none were available for 4x4s V10s, or trucks intended for California.
Advances timing about 4degrees more than stock pcm, tweaks fuel a bit, removes mph limiter and raises rev limiter to 6000rpm locks out ac compressor under WOT and increases shift points to 5200rpms.Requiresyourun premium gas and should have a 180deg thermostat with one to reduce the chance of detonation that may occur from advancing the timing. (more prone on later model years)

Some Mopar online shops may still have some for certain years, ebay and forum parts for sale also good place to look.
