tow hook brackets

Do they work for the sports with out tow hooks? Theres not much to hook a chain to on my front end with out f*#@in up the bumper

Part of your problem might be that your hooking up a chain. That's bad news. Tow straps are safer when used correctly.

yes they will work with all rams 1/2, 3/4, 1 ton sport non sport ect 94-02

It was actually a tow strap that broke my bumper cover. I hooked it through the front hole in the bumper to the frame on the truck, and being that it was raining, i didnt climb under to check it, and assumed it was hooked good. Well it popped out and on its way cracked the cover. Luckily its not very noticable, but it would be nice to have tow hooks on the front. As far as chains go, we only use them when needed and we have no other strong straps. They've saved us many times haha. Now i have 2 cables in my truck about 25 and 40 feet long with hardend winch hooks on the ends of them that we can use for towing or when someone happens to burry there truck. They work great.. Much nicer than a chain and stronger than a tow rope when we have to yank on them a bit.

I have one more set available now. My buddy sold his truck and never installed these. they have D-rings welded to them already.
