Default Catalytic Converter - Choices?

I am looking for more power and economy out of my truck. I read here that the cat is sore point. I am looking for high flow lowest back pressure design. First pass it looks like magnaflow is the way to go - am I missing another choice? I figure people here have this one nailed down. Thanks - Tom -
