Box just came only thing in there is the pipes nothing else thats suppose to be with it is there (hangers, Clamps, muffler, tips) I'm pretty ****ing pissed off. I called the number on the box and they said we can't help you email the person you bought it off of this is the retail store. I was like this is the number on the box. I see negitive feedback being left

Just got an email back from they saying the kit didn't have tips. I was like I ordered the tips and have all emails and receipts of talking to you about them and paying for them.

well today was hell. Seen UPS was done reviewing the clam. I sent a message to the seller they said they talked to UPS all day and UPS was done with it. I was on the phone with UPS like 4 times while at work fighting with them about it. The say they can't talk to me to have the shipper contact them. I had my father email them to have them contact UPS. They said they did and won't do anything about it. So I callUPS again and they say they are under contract with the shipper they need to talk to them. I was like "look all i want to know is if you closed the claim, If you did I'm gonna start fighting to get my money back" they tell me again that the shipper needs to call them and if theres a problem to "re-open" a claim. The girl said it shows here that everything was delivered. I said if my **** was here I wouldn't have filed the damn claim in the first place. So I emailed the seller again and told them what UPS said and that I either want my parts or my money back. See how that goes over later today I guess.

Just got this email from the shipper

Ok.... Here is what is going on as of today.... I had a UPS REP come here. He said that he is going to do more investigating and see what he can do for this system. So... Since we don't want you unhappy or to have to wait any longer... we will send you out another one tomorrow. You will receive a tracking number then. Please,Please.... follow it closely... We want to make sure it arrives complete!
Thanks again for the great communication!!!
So hopefully this one gets here complete

So do you have to send the incomplete package back to them? Who is paying for that shipping?

the incomplete one was sent to UPS on the 26th for them to investigate the claim. The shipper said they paid twice for shipping so my guess is they paid for all that hassle.
