I got the 40 series with 2 1/4in pipes and tips installed for 250. he was going to put some 3" tips that were about 2 1/2 feet long but I said they would be to loud I wanted something smaller. I just want a good deep rumble. Will tell you more after I pick it up.

Silver, do you have the single pipe? I started to go with a single but been so long since I had a V8 just wanted duals. Thats what took me so long to deside.

Yup, I went with just a single 3" in/out. I like the sound of duals, but really on if it is true duals. Since that takes a lot more effort on these Rams, I decided to just keep it simple and go with a single. I really like how it sounds.

Well got it back. not real loud just a nice rumble, I proly could have went with bigger tips but the wife shouldn't complain. I think it idles smoother and before when I got on it you could hear the cai sucking air it isn't as noticeable now.Fart pipe is not stopped up. The computerhas cought up yet so idle isa 100 or so higher.

In your vid, Is that smoke or just condensation coming out of the pipes when you let off the gas?

That truck sounds AWESOME! I have a question tho, how loud is the truck on the highway? I am now thinking about getting those but I would hate a loud drone of the muffler during highway speeds
