Default Vaccum Loss

I looked down my TB and there's no pool but definitely oil residue all over the inside of the manifold. Manifold gasket leak and time for M1?

I have two questions.
1. To swap this thing out, are there bolts on the front and back that you have to get to (meaning the rear is impossible to see and the front you have to move the alternator and a/c)?

2.With this loss in vaccum and the brake power booster uses vaccum, could this cause a drop in pressure on the master cylinder to where the front brakes would drag and also when braking push more pressure up the line than the mc is putting down so that it pushes fluid out of the top of the mc gasket OR would it just be a very spongy pedal but no real effect on the brake system like this?

Thank you

Default RE: Vaccum Loss

I don't think the brake issue is due to the vacuum loss but not sure how much of a pain in the but that manifold will be to swap.

I replaced the front brake hoses and oops, put on the wrong driver's side hose but, they didn't even have the right one anyway. I'd have to wait for Napa to order it. So, (I hate brakes) I cut the bracket that it was supposed to attach to and now have to get the correct hose and that junction with bracket. I doubt they'll take bake that hose since it's now used. Does anyone need one?
I hope this fixes the brake issue!
