Default Control arms

I have to do my upper control arm bushings, and they're rusting in so i am going to have to cut them. My question is: do the new ones press in, or do they just slide in?

Thanks

Default RE: Control arms

You will have to hammer or press them in. They are not too bad buty you gotta be careful not to bend up the arms as you install the new bushings. The arms are only light channelsteel with no side to side support. Put a piece of steel in the middle to support arm sides sonot collapsewhen hammering in.
