This is my 3rd full year plowing. I have a few lots that I take care of. One is a large factory and the other a large nursing home. The rest are small to medium lots. I charge $70/hr, or I do a couple for a flat rate(up to 6", over that it will cost them more). Usually hourly is the best way, that way it fair for both sides. No way I would do it for $25/hr. Not with fuel, insurance and my time. Not to mention the cost of the plow and truck maintenence. Most guys get $70/ hr for trucks and $40-$50/hr for snowblowers.
