Recently my sliding rear window has started whistling when I'm going down the road if I have it closed all the way. Anybody know the cause of this? I was wondering if it might not be time to change the gasket or the felts or something. Any advice is greatly appreciated :-)

 

either reglue the weather stripping or replace it altogether.

 

Sounds easy enough. Is that going to be a dealer only part?

 

i would drive with someone in the car and while youre driving, have your friend spray some soapy water on it. see if you can get some bubbles. then you'll know where the whislting is coming from and fixing will be easier.

 

you know what happened to me once... i stopped real quick and the cargo in the back of my truck slid forward and smashed out my rear window. insurance covered it.

 

Sounds like a hammer and a insurance adjuster. LOL :-)
