dodge update sticker

i noticed a sticker on one of my plugs to what i guess is the computer on the passenger side firewall. it reads dodge update with munbers then the date it was updated. any one know what this is?..... it is on one of the connectors the last connector on the driver sode of the box

Does it say , among other things, "PCM Upgrade? Might be the death flash so commonly referred to, although my sticker is right on the PCM.
