my wait to start light, water in fuel light, and trans temp light dont come on when i turn the key on, i checked the fuses, and relays, and didnt see any that were blown, and i doubt that all 3 bulbs are blown, can some one tell me whats wrong

 

i would check the bulbs but its gonna be fun ripping it all apart just make a day of it
