Default Full Exhaust w/ emissions

Hey guys, I've tried searching, but have not yet been able to find out what kind of exhaust I can go with and still pass NY emissions. I'd prefer to have a dual set up(even though, from what I've read it might be better, performance wise to go with a larger single outlet), and I'd rather not go with flowmaster. I'm not particularly fond of the chambered muffler sound, and, I know its a different engine entirely, but I am a moderator over at LS1tech, and people consitently LOSE RWHP with flowmaster set ups. Anyway, is there any possible way to meet emissions and go with long tubes to a dual exhaust(most likely through an X pipe), and maintain OBDII standards? Will any thing come with the O2 sensors that I will undoubtedly need? Basically, I'm looking for the best free flowing exhaust setup I can get with a nice sound, that still meets emissions for OBDII vehicles, and I'd really prefer a dual setup. Thanks in advance
