Default Tie Rod Troubles

Well my Tie Rod Ends are totally shot, pretty much to the point where I shouldn't be driving on it.

I can grab the tie rod and drag link and wiggle them a good 2-3 inches foward and back and watch the TRE's move. All 4 of them too, each knuckle, where the tie rod and drag link connect, and on the pitman arm. If Pretty sure you can't buy just the TREs on these so you have to buy the whole tie rod and drag link.

Anybody done this? Thinking about just doing a custom one with DOM

Dang, nobody knows huh? from looking around on a few sights it seems like you can just replace the end. I guess I'll see when I go to the parts store. Hopefully I'll be doing it this weekend in a shop, only problem is were not suppose to use it for personal vehicles, so I'll have to go up there after midnight when nobody is around.

Chrysler Parts Direct sells just the whole tie rod and drag link, all other places have the ends for sale seperatly.

I did all four tie rods, and both end links and sway bar bushings. Its easy, get yourself some adjuster sleeves as well, both of mine were rusted solid.

When my track bar joint went bad, I lookedsearched forreplacements and finally went with a Luke's Link unit. That was two years ago and it's still fine. From what I understand, they can also be used to replace the tie rod endsas well. Here's the link to their page. http://www.lukeslink.com Hope this helps.
