Weather got cold here (-4,-20wc) and my battery is old (i knew this) well the truck almost didn't start this time and i dont wanna get stuck somewhere so i decided to get a new battery. I really like the Optima Batteries (good reviews however overpriced) but price isnt much of an issue when it comes to this. It states that a hieght adaptor may be required has anyone installed one of these batteries and if so did you need it?

Yup I used it, but mine came with the battery, so nothing additional to buy.
