steering problem

Default steering problem

I have alot of play in steering wheel. Anybody have any ideas.

Had the same issue with mine, I changed the track bar and it was like a whole new truck, from what I have read its the number one steering issue with these trucks. The MOOG replacment is about 200 bucks and there are a few others running about 150.

If adjusting the steering box doesn't help try this. Check you Trac Bar and ball joints too. I put the stabilizer on below and it seemed to fix the wandering that the truck would do while driving down the highway. It also helps keep the steering box from wearing out.
