does anyone know if this is a high flow cat?.... has anyone tryed it?..... is it worth it?

i have it on my truck and it flows the same as a high flow so in oponion it is worth it

no engine light i also got headers and a 3 in cat back dual exhaust and it got a little louder from the cat
