muffler Inlet Diameter

Default muffler Inlet Diameter

planning on getting a single inlet dual outlet cheap-o performance muffler for a temporary dual setup so when i can afford a better muffler i can easily swap it out anyone else done this? any suggestions on what brand to use, and what the inlet diameter is?..i was thinking about running dual 2.5' out of the rear or a single 3' in front of the wheel..any suggestions?

i got the summit cat back 3 in dual exhaust for 149 and i plan on changing out the muffler here very shortly but i needed pipes for cheap cause around mlitary bases it seems to get stuff done you spend more

yea i would reccomend the summit system as well or for 260 u can get a flowmaster kit with no tips its really up to you.

well i bit the bullet and bought the american thunder from flowmaster, because all i saw for cheaper than 250 was ****ty aluminized turbo mufflers that may last 3 months if im really lucky so i spent the extra money and got the flowmaster..now my next question is what kind of power gains do you think ill ge with a 50 series, and 2 1/2 duals?
