O2 sensor fail

So I just bought this 98 5.2L 4x4 and the check engine light comes on a week later. I scanned it witha buddys diagnostics and got this: O2 sensor circuit high voltage (bank1, Sensor2). First of all, do I have to replace the sensor or is it a wiring problem (circuit high voltage). Also where is bank1, Sensor2. Any help?
