Default 1998 Dodge Ram won't keep charge

Hello

1998 dodge ram 4x4....will not hold a charge...2 new batteries....clicking noise near under seat...believe it may be with seatbelt locking mechanism drawing on battery constantly.....every hear of such a problem....I am down to having to take to dealer....any suggestions or experience would be helpful

hahaha now i know im not the only one with this problem not that its funny, um i took it to the plaace i bought it and the idiots unpluged the wires to the seatbelts and now no more drain, BUT the seatbelts dont come out and thats the only thing they didnt check but it is ur seatbelts so try unplugging them, what where gona do is put them on a toggle swich so when u get in and start up flick the swich and u got power but when u shut down shut swich off and the seats will not drain...hope this helped a little and gave u an idea
