Here's my experience with these guys. Ordered part online 2/6. Called 2/13 to check on it. Told me order was "processed" on 2/9, and shipped 2/12. Well here it is 2/16 and still no part!![:@] What kind of "service" is that? I'll tell you what kind, the same kind as when a bull "services" a cow. I am not telling anyone what to do, but consider my experience if you ever think of ordering from them. Just a friendly warning. If you need good service, look elsewhere.

Well here is an update from these crooks. It has now been 2 WEEKS since ordering. No part. I called them, again, and for my trouble I was called a F**king bastard and hung up on! For your own sake please find someone other than this bunch if you need parts.[:'(]

 

I ordered a heater core from them, and took over one month. I'll never buy from them again.
