Default tires...again

anybody see a problem putting 285/75r16 tires on the OEM 16x7 rim? I really don't think it should be a problem, but I can't get a straight answer on it, don't really want to order the wrong tires....

I've got them on my 97 1500 with no problem except a slight rubbing in a hard turn...

I have a 2000 ram and I have 285/75/16s BFG mud terrains on the stock rims. There is no problem whatsoever. Probably should have went bigger. gl
