Default VIN number

Is there a way to tell what tranny and rear you have by looking at your VIN number?
If not, how do I find out?

http://www-5.dodge.com/wccsapp/unive...amp;category=R

at the top put "build sheet"

That will tell you everything you have. Its either a Dana 60 or 70 rear, Dana 60 front, and is it an auto or manual?

That link you gave me is some sort of contact dodge link. Is that what you want me to do?

yes, use that link to email dodge. ask them for a build sheet, and include your vin. they will get back to you fairly quickly with a list of the options that came in your truck.

it's not 100% accurate though...according to mine i have rack and pinion steering [:'(]
