Default Overhead Console

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and this seemed like a good place to find help.
I need an overhead console with compass and Temperature reading for a 98 dodge ram.
I believe they came in 94-01's so if any one has an extra one or know of somewhere i can get one?
Thanks,
Steve

try ebay, that's where I found most of the parts for my '95 (OEM radio, a turn signal light, some emblems).
Some persistence over the next month (or three) may be required.

Mine didn't come with one of these. About the only option it didn't have but I was wondering if anyone knew what all would be involved in adding one? I'd really like to know the temp. when I'm in my truck.

Try a quick search on this site. I know I've seen it come up almost daily. I remember someone doing the conversion on their vehicle, but sorry, I just can't remember who.

Try your local junk yards. They are usually my first stop for misc. interior and trim parts. A lot of times the junkyards don't care about interior and trim parts so they'll let you have them for free. Then you can strip off the wiring harness, temp. sensor, and mounting brackets too. You will also know exactly how you took it off so you know how to put it back on your truck.
