I think you are taking about header plugs for your JBA's right? If so, they are just a shorter version of a spark plug to keep the plug wires out of the header tubes. Accel makes them, and I have a set in my malibu.

Should remove just like standard spark plugs. You can get the number off of them when they are out, or just look it up when you get to the parts store. I've got some gibson headers on my ram, and just have standard length plugs in it, and it works good.
