Looking for personal opinions on a few bolt on mods and sellers

I have a 99 5.2 4wd sport. Im looking for a headlight/tailight kit that are often found on contruction vehicles or show cars/trucks that have the really bright strobes that flash somewhat fast I have no idea what these kits are called But they make me drool, In my sport for some reason I dont have the dual bulb setup, I need new headlights anyway cause my are damn near yellow and foggy But Ive looked through out the foum and had no luck any help with those two issue would make my day! I figured I might as well upgrade

As far as the bolt-ons
for the TB Im gonna go with the Fastman 50mm
but Not really sure what kind of cold air intake kit I should get for my particular engine
also looking to do headers and possible intake manifold

When it comes to shifting gears my truck lags going from 2nd-3rd I believe and goes up to 2500-3000rpms soemtimes before it shifts it just seems like it holds the gear far to long. Im wondering if this is a problem or just normal for this size of a truck, I started with a 2door 2wd 94 5.2 which is like half the wieght of my newer one so maybe its just a big change for me Im not sure Im learning tons every day on the forum I LOVE IT!

Last but not least does anyone have any recommendations on a deep sound air horn under 100$ because that would just make me pitch a tint

THANKS GUYS for the input

I know this doesn't answer your question and you are free to do whatever you want, but the farther away your vehicle's outward appearance and looks stray from OEM, the higher your criminal profiling aspect becomes.

While I understand it is against the law for police to use profiling as a deciding factor when pulling someone over, the simple fact remains that a truck that has had money put into it for the reasons of increasing it's flash or attention-getting factor WILL get more attention.
And, if your truck is flaunting the money...
Sux, but that average, plain jane doe look helps keep the police looking elsewhere.
I find so long they don't pay me no mind, I'm in good shape.

The only other thing about it is, all the money spent on cosmetics do absolutely nothing for the vehicle's purpose.
It doesn't make it faster, it doesn't make it handle or stop better, and it consumes finances that may be needed later when something expensive breaks.

As for high performance under-the-hood options, these are invisible to the exterior's eye, and I would recommend doing a search as there are plenty of threads with pictures.

Also, IMO, most of the ebay cold air intakes are just fancy and expensive crap.

You can buy strobe lights you put inside the factory headlights. I have some green Eurolite ones a friend had laying around and gave me. I've never put them in anything. He had opened one to see how it went in and couldn't figure it out so gave them to me. You have to drill a hole which I wouldn't do anyway but if thats what you want it might be what you have to do. They flash fairly bright or the one I've hooked up to test does. I'd look for something like this from Eurolite, Street Glow, APC, or a similar brand.

Cai - K&N or AirRaid
Horn - Get a Train Airhorn. + compressor unit
Lights - Wigwags

The lagging can be avoided, just lift off the accel briefly, the truck will then shift, and then you can hammer the pedal again.
i've had the exact same situation as this.

Update: Had to go into work this morning at a un-godly early hour of 5:00am turning into the parking I hit a huge patch of ice luckily i missed the light pole which would have collasped my entire front end into my engine but still manage to hit the van parked like 20 feet from the entrance to soften the crash yay! ....stinkin car-poolers heres some pics of the van and my truck Ive got one little ding and some scuff marks so the plan worked, now I just have to deal with insurance. Couldnt file a police report because there was no other party well see how this turns out
