Default help weridest problem

ok i just got finished putting my transmission in my truck and when i start it runs fine but the second i push the clutch in it starts like miss firing and the rpms become less and dies most of the time if i dont let go of the clutch and it only happenes when i push the clutch down now what i did was have the transmission rebuilt and the transfer case done at the same time i broke the crank sensor so i replaced it i also replaced the slave and clutch master cylinder along with having the fly wheel machined new throw out bearing pilot bushing and a centerforce clutch also when i finished that i did the plenum gasket fix. do u guy think that the computer uses the clutch switch as one of its inputs thats about the only thing i can think of that could cause it and it drives perfectly fine shifts good just when u push the clutch in wants to die any help would be great

I'm thinking this has something to do with the CPS / flywheel positioning. Lemme think about it some more ...

The way I read it is he starts it in neutral and then tries to put it in gear but it starts dying as he depresses the clutch.

heres my 2 cents. It sounds to me like it could be the nuetral saftey switch. ( Thats what its called on an auto) you know it wont let the truck crank unless the clutch is pushed in. Anyways just a suggestion. GL...
