Fair Price?
I just found a 2001 Ram SLT Quad Cab 4x4 with 48K miles. It has a 6" lift and a set of 35" Toyos on some nice black 16's. It also has a little paint peeling ftom the section on the front doors connecting to the rear window (just theblack part). It's at a dealership, and I was wondering what a fair price would be. Can you guys help?

I'd check out the KBB book value on the truck (www.kbb.com) and see what it is from there....then maybe add a bit for the upgrades, not too much though, only a few hundred I'd say... But it really comes down to what your budget is, what you're wanting to do with the truck, and if the price is worth it to you...
FYI: hope you don't miss your gas too much...these things aren't easy at the pump...
something else to consider, what probably ripped that paint off was an old-fashioned car-wash...took mine through and old-school one one day and it ripped off some of my black trim paint...not as much as the truck you're looking at, but still enough to get me pissed...

its hard to buy a used truck at a dealership. they probably gave 3500-4500 trade in and have it listed for 10-12k. use kbb private party pricing, NOT RETAIL, then knock off 200 for the paint. decide for yourself whether you really want a 6in lift. if you do that's fine, but it doesn't add value to the truck. neither do the tires. test drive it a lot, check for hints of transmission problems. half the posts on this forum are about trans.
