Default help weird brake problem

my wife has a 95 3/4 4x4 ram lifted big tires 318 5 speed. have owned it for 2 years and always had a pull to the left and when you hit the brakes it got squirrly. always thought it was the lift and told her to suck it up. well its been getting crappy milage 12 to 14 and when she hit 5th gear it would bog right down, the other day she hit a big pothole the brake light came on it stopped pulling to the left and when she hit the brakes it didn't have the stopping power but did not get squirrly. when brake lights on its drives fine when brake light goes out its back to the same old crap. whats up with this thing. thanks

If it's a 95' with original calipers, they need to be replaced I assure you...lol.

Have you checked the brake fluid level? Are your rear drums out of adjustment? Have you ever worked on brakes before? Not breakin chops, just askin in case we get into details..LOL.

Good luck with your ride.

Did you have the new drums turned and cleaned? If you did not, you will need to replace your rear shoes and turn and clean the drums.
