Are the heads differenton a 5.2 compared to ones on a 5.9? Im curious because I am looking at building a 360 short block and just swaping the heads and intake ect. The only thing I know of that is different for sure is the harmonic balancer TB and the pcm of course. if anyone has any other info let me know I would appreciate it.

 

you might be better off just buying the motor at a junk yard or something they are from the same family of engines the 360 is a 318 bored and stroked

 

They are the same heads.
