wondering the best place to get front hubs for a 00 ram sport 4X4 with the offroad package? Ive found them for $179 a pop. I was also wonderig what the difference is in the 97-99 front hubs compared to the 00-01 hubs.

i got my hubs for my 99 at advance auto parts for 125.. 1 year waranty comes with them.... not sure what the difference is between mine and yours though

I wish I knew how to use the search feature, efficiently. I am positive there is a gent on this site who had pics of him pressing out the old, and pressing in NEW bearings into the hub assembly. He may have even been the same guy who made provisions for a zerk, somewhere on the hub itself.

I will try to find it. If you're computer smart, you can start out ahead of me Little Joe...lol

How can you tell if you have ABS or 4 wheel ABS? I'm pretty sure my 01 Offroad has it atleast on the front from how the brakes act if you have to lock them up quickly in times like when towing a trailer or similar but how can you check?

 

well there is suppose to be the abs wire coming off the hub. i cant find a one on my truck but i do have an ABS light on......... so???? If it has ABS then hubs are like $80 a pop on Ebay.

All the Rams have the ABS light because all Rams have at least Rear Wheel Anti-Lock (RWAL). Why are you looking for hubs?
