What are the fuel injector specs for a 99 318? Ihave a lot of mods on my truck and im going to get my computer flashed, so I was thinking of replacing my injectors with 30#s Venom injectors Summit pn# VNM-HP-630-8 injectors.

 

you'll really need to get your truck on a dyno with a wideband oxygen sensor. If you just throw 30# injectors and a reflash in your truck, it may not work with your current stuff. Since you arn't running any boost, you can probably tune your current ECU with a V-AFC from Apex-i. It's a piggy back ECU.

Anyway, stock injectors are 19#, and they are the same install/polarity as 5.0 mustang injectors, so they are relatively inexpensive (compared to other types)

 

Somebody told me that stock injectors were 24#. How can I find out to make sure?

After carefully reviewing and examining my stock injectors, the Venom injectors will not fit. The Venom Injectors O.D. are to large. The Ford Racing Injectors will fit my 318 only if the manifold O.D. is 0.545" and the fuel rail is 0.523". Imwill continueto do my homework to see if Im going to replace my injectors with 24# or 30# because stock injectors are 23.2#. I will keep yall inform.
