Default trouble codes

Does anybody know what P0720 is? I've misplaced my Haynes manual, and only trust it half the time anyway!

If you reset the CEL ... it'll come back on after the truck reaches 15 mph.

It gets up around 2800-3000 and actslike it hits a rev limiter. You have to blip the throttle like when your shifting a stick shift without the clutch. The longer I own this truck, the more I want out of it.
