Default unknown vaccum line

Here is a picture of a vaccum line that I have no clue on where it goes. I have looked at two trucks, same as mine and dont see it. Maybe this is causing my truck to stall when I shift into any gear, but at idle she runsfine. The first picture im holding it with my hand. The second picture, it isthe rear above #7 piston with a white flag.Does anyone know where this vaccum line connects to?

Looks like a check valve. Doesn't connect to anything.

I second the fact that your engine is nice.
