Default 3rd gen 20's

how safe are stock 2nd gen lugs holding the 3rd gen 20's on the studs?

i plan on "borrowing" fathers 20's for a day just wondered if they bolt on and done, or the lugs be an issue...

I have the 20's on mine and I have not had any issue with them so far. I have had them on there for about 6 months and I do randomly check the lugs just to make sure that they are still tight since the holes are 1 size larger but I have never had o ne loose so far. Again I don't drive really hard but by no means do I drive easy.

I have heard that they have a clearance issue on the 2 wd but on the 4 wd I did not have any issue what so ever.
