wiper motor
its under the black plastic cowl, between the windshield and the hood. to get to it, remove the wiper arms and the black plastic.
mark the wiper arm position on the windshield with a piece of tape. the wiper arm has a pivot joint near the base. bend the wiper up, away from the truck so its sticking up in the air. there is a catch plate at the shaft with a very small 90 deg tab, use a small screwdriver or needle nose to either push it or pull it i can't remember. it only moves a tiny bit, like 1/8 in, so don't bend or break it. you need 4 hands because you have to bend the arm up to relieve pressure on the spring, push down on the base at the shaft, push/pull the catch, and then pull straight up on the base, all at the same time. if you do it right it just magically pops off. if it won't come off, then you're doing something wrong. don't break it.
the cowl is held on with plastic rivets that look like allen head nuts. you can try turning them, and they may or may not come off. you will probably have to slide something thin under them and pry up gently while pulling or turning on the rivet. once you get the cowl off, there is the motor, wiring harness, and drive arms.

sorry, i don't know what they mean by spindles. in addition to the little round motor, there is a set of convoluted linkage arms that connect to your splined posts where the wiper arms sit.
assuming you have a local junkyard, it would probably be best to pull yours off and drive the truck over and compare. then you can compare side by side and even test the fit.
if your dealing with ebay or internet junkyard, take some pictures of yours and email them for comparison. double/triple check the mounting points, overall size, and electical connector shape and fit.
buying something that doesn't fit really sucks.
