Default knocking

I hope you guys can help me out. First off, my truck is a 96 2wd 5.2L. Between the speeds of 60 and 70, it starts knocking and jerking badly. It drives fine if I slow under 60 or speed up above 70. So far everything looks fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your oil is not way up which causes the oil to bubble when hit by the crankshaft and causes lower oil pressure because of air being suck by the oil pump. Not sure on what ignition system you have but if I have that problem on my vehicle, I would go on cleaning/replacing my distributor and cleaning the ignition coil tip for corrosion, etc.. Check spark plug wires for any nicks, etc.

I already replaced U-joints. Everything under the hood is still stock (for now). It hasn`t been that long since I did a tune up (wires, cap, plugs, rotor), but maybe I`ll check it anyway.
