Victory...sort of?
The Victory:
Just finished the hughes kit and a 40 series flow with dual exits. Runs better than I remember.
The sort of?:
4wd light won't come on when the front axle is engaged. I'm not that worried about it because it's pretty easy to tell when it engages, just kind of troublesome to have something work before and not after. I'm guessing this is a vac line i forgot to connect. Does anyone know where it might be?

the vacuum line controls the cad which will couples the axle. the light is turned on by an electrical contact switch on the drivers side of the cad contraption. disconnect the elec connector and spray it out with wd40 and make sure its clean of mud. verify you are getting voltage on one of those wires. if voltage is present but light still not working, check switch with ohmeter. if no continuity when cad engaged replace switch, available from autozone for about $12. if voltage to the switch and sw continuity good trace out wires that run up the firewall, might be broke along the way.
edit. congratulations on plenum.

wouldnt hurt to check all the vac. lines from the motor.. and make sure they have a tight seal around whatever they connect to.. i had to use a band clamp/hose clamp on the manifold to booster hose b/c it had some leak-by since it wasnt sealing well...
and what dh said above is a good idea to check aswell..
