reading codes on a 1995 2500

hey guys i am wondering how to read codes on a 1995 2500SLTV10 as i just rang the local dodge dealer in Australia and they told me straight up they couldn't read the codes on my ute. please help as i need to service it soon and need to find out if codes are present. i have an air bag light come on and off constantly.
