mike33 if you search the forum you will find a lot of posts about the same subject. Just yesterday someone was asking. I just installed mine on Friday and let me tell you it does make a big difference at least with my truck. It even added gas mileage how much I am not sure at this time but will post when I get it figured out. The truck just seems to run stronger and nicer to drive. I took a 320 mile road trip yesterday and could tell a difference on the highway and the smoothness. I did only pay 150 bucks for mine used so it was well worth the money.

i think mine gave me a little more get up and go by advancing the timing, but i didn't notice a huge difference. i bought mine used for 150. i'm not sure they're worth 300 bucks. most people are able to use them to adjust their speedometer for bigger tires, but for some reason mine won't do that. something about the ABS and the brake controller.

I have one and made a very noticeable difference. It accelerated faster and it did not have to downshift as much going up hills, was able to hold the gear. The only thing is i cannot really hear my exhaust that much anymore, because it does not usually have to downshift. It's the best upgrade i have done so far, and i got it used for around $200 i think on Ebay.
