Default help not running right at all

ok so this is going to be a long one first off about 4 months ago my trans blew its a stick i droped the hammer and it couldnt handle it anywho after being lazy for like 3 months finally got the trans rebuilt along with the transfer case put a centerfroce dual frction clutch in new throwout bearing pilot bushing slave cylinder basicly everything that could wear out put mopar fluid in the tranny and mobil 1 in the transfer case went i got that all done i did the plenum gasket fix from hughes put it all back together when i went to fire it up for the first time didnt start not even a sputter so after awhile of it not starting i checked everything and found out i broke the crank sensor so i bought a new one put in fired right up. now for the werid part it idled perfectly fine but the second u touched the clutch pedal it like would misfire and almost die unless u let go i posted awhile back about it so after alittle bit figured mabe its just the computer learning but it didnt stop so one day i started it and figured mabe it was the clutch sensor some how so i unpluged it and it worked fine so drove around then pluged it back in and it didnt do it anymore so im like ok wtf so that was like 2 weeks ago then sat i was driving around and i had been for about a half hour then i pulled into advanced auto because my buddy worked there talked with her then went to leave and it was misfiring again and dieing so i mangaed to get almost home then i couldnt anymore so i let it sit and called my buddy togoto my house and get my service manual because by that time it had thrown a code. it said intermete lose of crank or cam sensor thats what i got out of the flasheing light so i let it sit for ab out a half hour and said screw it i will give her hell and got it home next day perfectly fine check engine light wen t off and it was fine so then this morning i had to go help my mom and drove on the high way then got in stop and go traffic and it started doing it again pulled over let it sit for like 20 min gave her hell again and once i got on the highway it was fine going about 70 didnt do it the rest of the way home. now i have figured out that it starts doing it when it gets hot so i think going on the highway cooled what ever is making it do that and it starts out where u cant push the clutch in or it will die have to rev it to like 3 grand throw it into gear quick before it dies then if it sits for to long it wont even idle right rpms become jumpy so it is afected by heat i have no idea what it could be computer mabe fuel pump and like every once and awhile i will floor it off a light shift into 2nd and about 3000-3500 i will get a miss fire sounded like it poped out of gear anyhelp would be great thanks

Dammit, Man ... buy a keyboard that has one of these => . <= on it. Christ, that's hard to read.

I think you said that there's a clutch sensor (really)? When you disconnected it, everything worked fine? What does a clutch sensor do? Can you leave it unplugged?

I think the CPS is misaligned. If there is ANY movement of the flywheel to the rear, the CPS starts to loose sight of it and you get your misfiring. Dunno ... may be completely off base, too.

A neutral start switch? Will that even mount? Got a P/N?

just get rid of it.. i have a 2001 with a 5 speed.. and mine wont start unless you push the clutch.. no big deal to me.. if the only reason for it is so you can start it without pushing in the clutch i'd just get rid of it.. unless it was for a remote start setup

welll i figured out that it has nothin to do with the clutch switch it ends up happaning when the thing gets hot like idleing for awhile something under the hood heats up and causes it to missfire and want to die i was thinking going to dodge and getting the right crank sensor just to be safe
