Nitrogen Fill?

Im going to be getting shocks very shorty and i want the best comfortable ride... should i get the nitrogen filld ones???

Are they cellular gas or high pressure nitrogen charged? The high pressure ones will stiffen the ride up ... not very comfortable ... if that's what you want.
