I looked at the prices of the front bumper parts on the above mentioned website. You might want to check around. For example the black plastic upper cover that goes on the bumper is $75 new from the dealer. They are selling it for $126.

You can try www.car-parts.com for a used bumper.

LMC Truck. Not sure if they have them or not but they now have Dodge parts so maybe check there.
